P5 Collaborative Consulting, LLC., a Florida limited liability company, together with its affiliates, parent, subsidiaries, successors and assigns (collectively “P5CC”) is committed to respecting and protecting the privacy of our website visitors, customers and partners. In this Privacy Policy (“Policy”) we provide information on when and why we collect your personal information, how we use it, the limited conditions under which we may disclose it to others, and how we keep it secure. This Policy is incorporated by this reference into the P5CC Terms of Use (the “Terms of Use”).

By using our website you agree that your use is subject to the terms of this Policy and you consent to the collection, use and storage of your information by P5CC (together with its affiliates and partners) in accordance with this Policy. P5CC (may change this Policy at any time and will display the changes here in the form of a new Policy. What Personal Information May Be Collected?

P5CC may collect personal information about you when you use our website; request information regarding our Services, sign up to receive newsletters, access promotional materials published by P5CC or its licensors; participate in surveys or promotional activities; or participate in other activities on our website. The personal information we collect may include name, email address, phone number, and other personal information that you choose to provide. 

How Personal Information May Be Used 

The information we collect may be used to: (a) facilitate your use of our website and improve the operation of the website; (b) provide customer support to you; (c) provide marketing materials to you (e.g., newsletters and promotional information); (d) respond to and fulfill any requests you make for our services or employment opportunities; (e) contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; and/or (f) verify the accuracy of the information provided for our records. P5CC will retain personal information collected for as long as it is needed to fulfill the purpose for which the information was collected or as required by applicable law.

P5CC will not sell or give your personal information to third parties for their use for purposes unrelated to P5CC’s services without your permission, except as noted in this Policy, the Terms of Use, or on our website. P5CC may share personal information about you with our affiliated companies. We also may share personal information with our suppliers, contractors and agents who perform functions on our behalf, with other third party business partners, in connection with services offered by P5CC, or a request made by you. By way of example (and not limitation), we may use third party content management systems and customer relationship management systems. In this instance, personal information shall be collected and retained in accordance with our third party service provider’s own terms and conditions and privacy policy (in addition to or in lieu of P5CC’s). Other examples of third party service providers may include, hosting services, audio and video hosting providers, to the extent being used on our website. By using our services, you authorize P5CC to sub-contract in this manner on your behalf; you acknowledge that such services are provided in accordance with third party terms and conditions and privacy polices and you agree to abide by such third party terms and conditions and privacy polices. In rare circumstances, we may share information if required by law, or in a corporate restructuring or acquisition context (see below for more details).

P5CC may also disclose your personal information as we consider necessary to comply with the law or requests by governmental authorities, in connection with litigation, dispute resolution, or administration of this Policy or a possible violation of the rights of P5CC or a third party. In addition, P5CC may disclose personal information in connection with a possible sale, merger, transfer, exchange, purchase, disposition or other reorganization of P5CC and/or its subsidiaries or to (1) conform to legal requirements or comply with legal process served on P5CC or this website; (2) protect and defend the rights or property of P5CC and this website; (3) enforce its agreements with you, or (4) act in urgent circumstances to protect personal safety or the public.

Children and Privacy

P5CC does not knowingly or intend to solicit or collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are under 13, please do not access our website. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. Security of Personal Information 

To protect the personal information we receive, P5CC uses a secure server when you submit any form requiring registration. The secure server software (SSL) helps protect your information as it travels over the Internet by encrypting that information before it is sent to us. We have also implemented certain commercially reasonable security mechanisms and procedures to protect data from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. It should be noted, however, that we cannot guarantee that transmission of data over the Internet will be absolutely secure. Due to the open nature of the Internet the information you provide may be in environments that do not have adequate security measures and may be accessed and used by persons other than those intended. As a result, while protection of your personal information is important to us, P5CC is not able to ensure the security of information you transmit to us and you assume the risk of any third party obtaining that information. Upon receipt of your information P5CC will strive to ensure its security on our systems through commercially reasonable means. However, please be aware that the efforts we exert to secure your data do not constitute a warranty that they are absolutely protected from unauthorized access. We are not responsible for the breach by third parties of the safeguards we put in place to protect the privacy of your data. 

Use of Cookies

When you visit our website we may collect information through the use of a “cookie”. A cookie is a small amount of data transferred to your browser and read by the web server that placed it there. It works as a sort of identification card, recording your preferences and previously entered information. This type of technology is designed to tell us when you reenter our website, where you visit within our website, and the type of browser you use. Use of Aggregated; Di-identified Data

You also permit us to aggregate the response data you input into our system in response to questions with responses received by other system users who have responded to the same questions. We may then report statistics about the aggregated (and de-identified) data sent by you and other system users. In this instance, no individual user can reasonably be individually identified or linked to any part of the information we use in this manner.

Our website may contain access to: (a) websites and services; and (b) links to information on other websites, which are not owned, operated or maintained by P5CC. We do not have any control over these other websites, and therefore we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information that you provide while using or interacting with those websites/services/links. If you choose to utilize or access those websites/services/links, please review the privacy policy applicable to each website/service. We make third party websites/services available as a convenience to you and P5CC is not responsible for either the privacy policies and information collection in connection with any third party websites/services, or for the third party websites/services themselves.
