Internal Business Tools — Usage Agreement

Effective Date: April 4, 2026

This agreement governs the use of internal business tools operated exclusively by P5 Command Council for private business operations. These tools are not available to the public and are not distributed or licensed to third parties.

Authorized Use These tools are authorized solely for use by P5 Command Council in conducting its internal business operations. Any unauthorized access or use is strictly prohibited.

Data Access These tools may access third-party business platforms including accounting and financial systems solely for the purpose of internal business operations, reporting, and analysis.

Limitation of Liability These tools are provided for internal use only. P5 Command Council makes no warranties of any kind regarding availability or fitness for any particular purpose.

Governing Law This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York.
